Spanish speaking Accounts opportunities
Our client is growing its operation in Ipswich and is looking to recruit talented professionals to work closely with their clients and to build an accounts career within the Insurance Industry.
Our Client operates Internationally and currently has opportunities for excellent Spanish speakers to join a busy team servicing clients while supporting other teams including in other locations across the world.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your Spanish language skills, which will at times include speaking to clients and overseas team members, in their own language.
Also our Client will train you and work with you closely so you can learn all about their Insurance business and to support you to develop your accounts career.
After training your responsibilities will include:
Actively service accounts to a high standard and within deadlines
Timely collection and payment of monies, chasing and minimisation of funding
Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to payments
Ensure the secure, efficient and auditable handling of client's monies
Maintain up to date and accurate records
Review and reconcile cash on a daily basis
Identify debtor related problems and negotiate to resolve
Compliance with internal accounting procedures and external regulations To be successful supporting your Clients, you will demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish as well as English
Confidence with numbers and a desire to build a career which involves detailed reconciliations and resolving client issues
Ability to build strong working relationships
Attention to detail
