Spanish OR Italian Speaking Export Assistant

R13 recruitment are representing an established and highly reputable ecommerce business in their search for a B2B Export Assistant with Spanish or Italian language skills to work within their busy European team. This varied position will incorporate both inbound contact and managing a number of administrative support functions.

You will be highly self-motivated, pro-active and have excellent communication skills. The business works with some highly exciting products, from the weird & wacky to the cute & fuzzy, there is something for all ages, so this is not your standard job!! You will be joining a super supportive team, who have created an open and fun environment, where your hard work won’t go unnoticed. Duties to include:

* Performing trade show follow ups to ensure the timely delivery of literature and samples.

* Liaising with contacts, providing support and information to aid overall business.

* Processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.

* Answering telephone calls, conveying messages, and monitoring the flow of e-mails.

* Undertaking marketing research and identification of new customer contacts/sales leads.

* Following-up on pro-active account management and post-sales support with a range of exciting customers.

* Implementing and monitoring sales strategies and follow-up actions to secure customer commitment and approval.

* Supporting the whole export team as and when required.

* Attending some of the top international trade fairs when required.

You will have/be:

* Native Spanish OR Italian language skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

* Good IT skills including MS Office.

* Ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.

* Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.

* Ability to be a self-starter with strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-through.

* Able to handle multiple projects at any one time, prioritising these in order to meet deadlines.

* Self-motivated and positive approach to work.

This vacancy offers an excellent opportunity for a proven customer focused professional looking to join an integral sales division within an expanding business, with a unique product offering. This is a full-time opportunity covering maternity leave for 12 months. You will be working from modern city centre-based offices Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Offered salary of £19,000 per annum + bonus. Comprehensive benefits package offered.
