They are a supported shared living provider, their role is to provide support as opposed to care which would be found in residential homes. They take a Trauma Recovery Model approach to their work. Their Managers ensure that their kids have loving homes and trauma informed support. They support their Life Coaches with regular 1-2-1's, training and development and a supportive working environment. Great organisational and leadership skills are required. You will need to be prepared to bring your fab personality whilst remaining firm but fair. Managers are responsible for administrative tasks. You will also attend kids meeting with social workers, frequent communication with Local Authorities, attend meetings, conduct kids move ins/outs and general house management Essential – Supervisory/managerial experience – Positive 'can do' attitude, initiative & confidence – Excellent Organisational and Communication Skills – Ability to lead a team and create a fab team culture – Driving License, use of car and business insurance – Flexibility including on call responsibilities Desirable – NVQ Level 5 or willing to work towards – Strong IT skills – Understanding of Trauma Recovery Model – Experience of working with teenagers – Experience of working on call – Experience of professional meetings They are a real living wage employer.
