Our client is seeking a confident and adaptable Scheduler with strong administration experience and excellent communication skills to join their well-established organisation. Working within a small team in what will be a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will work well under pressure. This is a “down to earth” team where contractors and onsite staff frequently attend the office. Hours of work Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Salary of £25,000 per annum. Responsibilities include: • Contacting clients to arrange site visits • Liaise with client, answer queries and arrange works to commence • Schedule of works and appointments • Organise PO's and purchase materials needed • General admin across the office Essential attributes: • A team player, willing to go above and beyond to help colleagues • Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook • Methodical and organised working style • Ability to communicate with people at all levels • Pro-active • Able to remain calm under pressure • Excellent time keeping • Works well under pressure Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
