TÜV SÜD has an exciting opportunity for a proactive team player to join the Western Europe Marketing team as a Website and SEO specialist. The candidate will be responsible for managing the website landscape across Western Europe, ensuring content is regularly updated and aligned with Global objectives and is SEO optimised.
The individual will also be responsible for implementing an SEO strategy, including running SEO audits across the region, coordinating, and ensuring the audit findings are implemented accordingly. It is essentially that the candidate has advanced knowledge of content management systems (Sitecore preferrable) and a proven track level for both on and off page SEO.
Responsibilities and duties:
Strategy:
* Work with global SEO specialist to define a SEO strategy for Western Europe to govern, monitor, analyse and improve on organic search results of TÜV SÜD websites across the key search platforms
Website & SEO Training & Governance:
* Adopt the global SEO framework and localise for Western Europe, adhering to global guidelines and providing training for Western Europe marketeers to constantly execute SEO best practices and improve website content.
* To provide regular KPI analysis to Country Marketing Managers and business partners to which shows the development of SEO targets, in alignment with business strategy and evaluate performance across a variety of SEO tools.
Technical SEO:
* Analyse, review, and support the implementation of SEO changes to the website with the objective of increasing traffic and page ranking.
* Manage all SEO issues across the region, prioritise implementation and coordinate an action plan with Country Marketing Managers and website specialist.
* Liaising with global team and agencies for implementing SEO findings.
Website Optimisation:
* Conduct audits on regional websites and implement changes together with Western Europe content creators.
* Support with website management activities to ensure content is updated regularly, localisation of global content, addition of new content created according to timelines and that content is kept fresh.
Innovation:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO industry trends and developments, implementing optimisation strategies and approaches to improve on the effectiveness of platforms and social media channels.
What skills and experience will this role require? The successful candidate will have:
* Deep level of expertise in SEO – both on and off-page
* Familiarity in using various SEO tools
* Strong understanding of content management systems, preferably Sitecore
* Strong analytical skills – Google Analytics, but also advanced in managing and presenting data in Excel
* Naturally organised, ability to work independently, to prioritise projects with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communicator and team player
* Fluent in English but additional languages would be advantageous (Spanish, Italian, German, French)
