We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis.

The client is a boutique developer who develop and build medium size, high end, RC frame residential blocks in London.

The Senior Site Manager will be working on a project in West London, the project will consist of a 4 storey RC frame new build comprising of 7 apartments.

The apartments will all be finished to a high standard.

The successful Senior Site Manager will have a minimum of five years post qualification experience and have worked for UK main contractors or developer.

You will also have strong experience of managing RC Frame new builds from piling through to completion.

All of your tickets must be up to date.

The project has just finished it’s groundworks stage and is now at the construction of the frame.

Due to this they are looking to take on a new manager ASAP.

Key Requirements 5 years minimum Site Manager experience Knowledge of residential developments especially monitoring RC Frames Record of managing projects cradle to grave CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid at Work certificate, Crane Supervisor ticket Microsoft Office understanding If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity please do not hesitate to apply with a CV.
