We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful expanding New Homes & Shared Ownership Sales division, operating out of our Nottingham premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities, carrying out relevant property matches and viewings. The candidate should be able to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face. Working closely with the Associate Director they will grow the business in and around the Nottingham area. Responsibilities • Identifying and maximising business opportunities • Booking and carrying out property viewings • Completing all necessary AML/Compliance/Eligibility documentation • Preparing weekly reporting and attending client virtual (physical) meetings • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face • Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets • Negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales • Representing the company in a professional manner • Building strong relationships with local Developers and Housing Associations. Required Skills and Experience To succeed as a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be ambitious, hard-working and target driven You will also: • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment • Have strong negotiation and communication skills • Have good knowledge of the local property market • Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face • Be results orientated and driven to succeed • Hold a full valid UK driving Licence Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm 1 in 2 Saturdays Next Steps We look forward to receiving your application.
