JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Sales Administrator, Office Manager – Industrial Components, Engineering
The primary focus of this Senior Sales Administrator role is to support the overall business and deal with all internal office administration, sales/finance administration and customer service. This could include everything from answering the phone, generating quotes to supporting the Managing Director with external audits.
We would be delighted to receive applications from professionals with experience of working in a busy office environment where attention to detail and adaptability is key to a harmonious office and team.
Key elements of the role will be:
· Answering the telephone and handling enquiries via phone and email
· Talking to customers to understand their needs and compiling quotations following customer requests
· Processing both sales and purchase orders and raising invoices
· Updating and maintaining Management Information Systems
· Dealing with all elements of office, compliance and finance administration
· Assisting with ongoing projects and supporting the Managing Director
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Senior Sales Administrator, Office Manager – Industrial Components, Engineering
Ideally, you will be an experienced Office Manager / Senior Sales Administrator who is confident in all aspects of running an administration environment. You will be confident in your approach to communication across all mediums and you will have a keen eye for detail.
We would also be keen to receive applications from candidates with experience in technical sales / purchasing / buying / finance / HR or compliance and strong experience in general administration and customer service.
Tasked with managing your own workload, independently you will ideally be:
· Confident with technical jargon
· Able to work within set timescales
· Competent with IT systems including the full suite of Microsoft Office and Sage 200
· Able to multi task and handle a variety of business functions
· Personable and an enthusiastic team player
