Senior Property Finance Advisor, Permanent, South West London. Salary up to £50K+ Uncapped Commission Realistic OTE £65,000 per annum. Our client is a specialist Finance Broker, based in South West London, with over 25 year's experience in providing bespoke funding solutions that help and support their client’s businesses. They pride themselves on their ability to provide a tailored solution to meet their clients individual bespoke funding needs. Due to successful growth, they are expanding the team and looking to hire a Senior Advisor for their Commercial Property Finance team to support the growth and success of the business. This is a new appointment created due to growth and as the Senior Advisor you will be the most experienced in the team, therefore you will need to be a strong team player who will help support the team with product knowledge and help with challenging and complex enquiries. Your primary responsibility is to support new business growth, therefore you will remain very hands on dealing with front line enquiries and leads and managing client relationships etc.. You will be provided with quality leads gained from the company’s sales and marketing activities and existing client base of referral and repeat business. You will be responsible for contacting business owners looking for property finance and via a meeting, convert the business to transaction. You will be supported by a successful and friendly account management / admin team with case progression to help get deals completed so you can spend more time with clients. There will be an opportunity for this role to progress to a leadership role and therefore will suit an experienced Broker Advisor, BDM who is looking to progress their career within a growing company. In return my clients are offering a competitive salary up to £50k + Uncapped Commission= Earning potential of £65k-£70K + Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week+ Benefits+ Potential equity shares Responsibilities: • Provide specialist property finance advice on different finance products; including commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development and mezzanine finance to both new and existing clients. • Pro-actively manage and follow up on all incoming warm, sales leads and enquiries. through inbound marketing activity, introducer's and social selling. • Identifying and prospecting opportunities, maximising all inbound leads and enquiries. • Lead nurturing, which result in sales opportunities and successful client appointments. • Developing leads from an existing bank of clients and introducing brokers. • Building good relationships with all prospect clients via telephone, meetings and email. • Qualifying all new clients to understand their requirements and move them through the sales process. • Completing Zoom and face-to-face meetings for each new client to provide a consultative approach at every stage of the sales process. • Provide support to other team members with regards to product knowledge, transaction process and working with complex and challenging cases and clients. Experience • Min 2 year’s experience as a Broker / Advisor or within a Business Development role within Property Finance. • Demonstrable track record of writing new business of £120k-£180k in fees • Strong closing skills. • Confident in overcoming objections in a professional manner. • Practical and hands-on individual who enjoys making deals come together. • Career driven and motivated by working together as a team • Tenacious, proactive and enthusiastic. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Excellent relationship management experience. • Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve results.
