The Company and The Role:
Our client is a leading investment and property management company operating in key locations throughout Europe including the UK, Germany and Poland.
The two main UK offices are situated in London and the West Midlands and this role will be based at the London office.
The UK portfolio is managed by an in-house team of experienced Asset Managers who manage over 270 sites, 2,300 tenants and (phone number removed) sq ft of property.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced property professional and will have a background in facilities and/or property. The role will suit an adaptable individual who is self-motivated and capable of managing their own work load, whilst maintaining high standards as part of a highly motivated team.
Your role as a Senior Facilities Manager will include:

Appointed Responsible Person for Legionella and Asbestos Management
Responsible Person for Statutory Compliance of Residential Properties and Common Areas of: Residential, Retail and Industrial Units.
Audit respective Offices for Statutory Compliance
Implement LCP Management Policy and Procedures for Statutory Compliance
H&S compliance for new acquisitions
Any other duties as determined by the Health and Safety Director
Oversee Statutory Residential Compliance
Oversee Reactive Maintenance
Review Common Area compliance and term contracts, implementing contracts and works as required
Oversee ASAP Reports and compliance
Residential Void inspection & compliance 
To be successful in your role as a Deputy Facilities Manager, you should have the following:

NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
H&S knowledge and experience
Experienced in a Senior FM role or Head of facilities management
Full driving license
The ability to build, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with tenant’s, contractors & colleagues alike
Able to plan and manage own workload
Computer literate including Word, Excel and Qube/Horizon
Attention to detail
