About The Role The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support to deliver a transformative digital marketing strategy for HC-One that engages with our target audiences.They will support to build our digital marketing capability, play a key part in our SEO strategy, to increase brand awareness and perception, increase online visibility, and volume of enquiries, and support homes in building their local reputation digitally and cultivating relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the local markets in which they operate.The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing digital campaigns (FB advertising and PPC) and analyse their effectiveness and success, paying close attention to the return on investment, and work with other internal functions to gain the most from any digital channels, gaining buy in and providing required support and training, to enhance the understanding of digital strategies. They will lead on our social media strategy and execute the most suitable strategy following consultation with Colleagues. About You With a BA/BSc degree, or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in digital marketing, you will have a strong understanding and experience of digital marketing tools and experience in day-to-day management of websites using CMS.You will be experienced in digital marketing including social media, paid search and email marketing and have a solid understanding of the digital marketing channels and their responsibility in delivering leads for the businessYou will have a dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
