SEND Supply Teacher An outstanding opportunity for a Teacher within a co-educational SEND School in South London. They requires day-to-day cover across Key Stages 3-4 covering a variety of subjects. About the role: If you are seeking an opportunity to join a vibrant and well run SEND school in South London, we are looking for Secondary Teachers who have experience teaching across a range of subjects to work on a day to day basis for supply cover. The role will involve a mix of pre-bookings in advance and morning bookings from 7:30am each day. You will need: • Experience in demonstrating exceptional behavior management and be passionate about working with SEND pupils • Able to demonstrate resilience, initiative and a drive for inspiring pupils to engage with education and learning • Formal SEND qualifications are not essential however an understanding of complex needs and challenging behaviour is required. • Be available to start as soon as possible and hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) About the school: As well as working in an Ofsted rated outstanding school you will also be a part of an experienced and talented team of specialist staff who work in close unison to ensure a tailored education for each student. Students participate in a wide range of lessons including science, Food, ICT, PE and various school trips to local attractions. There are 8-10 students in each class and students have mixed and complex needs, therefore physical restraint training, ASDAN experience and other relevant SEN qualifications are ideal but not essential requirements.
