HMC Co-educational boarding and day school for students aged 11-18. School Receptionist 25 hours per week, 1pm – 6pm, Monday – Friday Term time plus 8 weeks, totalling 42 weeks We are looking to appoint an afternoon Receptionist to be the School’s initial point of contact for incoming visitors and phone calls, demonstrating a strong customer service ethic and building positive ongoing relationships. You will also provide a responsive, efficient and flexible administrative service to support the School's transport service and contribute towards the smooth running of the School. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel. The post also involves using the school’s central database, iSams and training will be provided. You must possess a welcoming yet professional manner, and the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. You will need to have strong attention to detail, be flexible and capable of working independently, whilst demonstrating a high level of confidentiality at all times.
