• School Office Manager • Full-time, ongoing contract • Sept 2021 Start • Redbridge Catholic primary school An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Office Manager to join a Primary School in Redbridge on a full-time contract basis from September 2021.The school are looking for an office manager with at least 2 years' experience working in a school, good PA skills and a good knowledge of the management system RM Integris.Key responsibilities will include: • Providing a confidential Personal Assistant support service to the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team • maintaining an efficient and effective school office • Overseeing the management of the ordering of stock and managing of appropriate levels of requirements of school stock. • Support in maintaining and monitoring the School’s financial and personnel systems as required • Implementing systems and procedures in support of the school. • Overseeing the management for the daily school attendance registers for students and staff. • Attending School Governor, SLT Meetings and any other meetings and minuting as required. • Undertaking any other duties requested by the Senior Managers. To apply for this role you must have: • At least 2 years experience in a school office environment • Practical experience using RM Integris • Excellent Personal Assistant and administration skills • Have a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality The School This lovely, welcoming Catholic school is based in Redbridge and is part of a larger Catholic Trust across Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham.
