KCR are delighted to recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk for our client based in Chester-Le-Street. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar position, have good communication skills, be accurate and excellent attention to detail. Main duties will include: • Raising sales invoices and credit notes • Ensure all sales invoices raised meet agreed standards regarding requirements and accuracy • Allocate receipts to correct accounts, and ensure receipts are posted • Reconciliation of unallocated items of the sales ledger • Chase outstanding debts • To work within a team setting, promoting a consistent service and working to achieve team goals • Always work with colleagues in a respectful manner • Attend and complete all mandatory training within the timescale required. • Attend appraisal meetings, team meetings and training sessions as required • Keep your manager informed of the progress of your work, presenting information in both verbal and written form • Any other duties as assigned
