We are looking to hire Inside Sales Executives / Telesales Account Managers who would like to forge a long- term career within an award-winning environment. All B2B backgrounds will be considered for the role, our client has particular interest in people who come from an IT, or Telecom’s background but this is not essential. Role Inside Sales Executive / Telesales Account Manager Salary £19k to £23k Depending on Experience. OTE £45k + Uncapped Location Rotherham/Sheffield Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours The Role for Inside Sales Executive / Telesales Account Manager • To develop opportunities across the product portfolio to existing and new clients. • Manage existing clients, increasing spend and share of wallet through first class sales skills. • Engage and partner with the Field Sales team when required to improve the customer experience. • Achieve and exceed reasonable targets and KPI’s set. • To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business. People doing this role currently are earning on average £3k -£5k per quarter in bonus with top earners making over £60k per annum. The role also offers a first-class working environment which encourages people to develop and grow for the long term into more senior roles, management or field sales. The Person for Inside Sales Executive / Telesales Account Manager • B2B Sales experience with a track record in results. • Experience of creating new business opportunities and managing clients through first class relationships. • Excellent communication skills at all levels • Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results. • Ambitious to achieve £60k + in earning and grow a long-term career. • Experience in IT, ICT, Telecoms or solutions sales desirable but not essential. • Enthusiasm, attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role.
