We are looking for customer service and sales focussed individuals, for all the brands we work with including, Audi, Peugeot, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Skoda, Maserati and DriveNow. Do you need experience? In short, no If you have car sales experience, we are keen to hear from you. If you do not have car sales experience, but you have a great customer service attitude, drive, willingness to learn and enjoy achieving targets and goals then we also want to hear from you. More about the role of a Motorline Car Sales Executive: You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You’ll engage with them whilst following our sales process, and leave them delighted, because you are brilliant at customer service. You’ll get a great understanding of our vehicles and add on products and be able to present their features and benefits using your friendly, professional and helpful personality. Our customers include corporate and those customers that we’ve known for nearly 50 years, and their grandchildren! You know and understand how important it is to use social media, video and chat platforms to engage with customers, and you’re not afraid to use them. You’ll be able to work 5 days a week, 8.30-6pm which includes Saturdays, a late night rota until 7pm and a Sunday rota as customers are often more available over the weekends. You’ll also enjoy getting involved in local sales activities, including VIP events and outdoor showground events. You’ll have a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic, and have no more than 6 points.
