Sales Director – Luxury Travel Central London Basic Salary £80,000 + Performance related Bonus + Benefits Antella are working exclusively with our client to recruit an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record within the travel industry in managing teams to grow and maximise revenue. My client is one of the worlds most luxurious travel brands offering a true high touch, high value customer experience. The Sales Director is responsible for leading the business to consumer sales teams to achieve optimal revenue growth. Candidates must have senior management experience within the travel industry with a proven track record in overachieving sales targets. Luxury travel or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Sales Director Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and manging a sales team to drive new revenue, establish, grow, and maintain the business to consumer sales channel Developing business to consumer sales strategy, goals, and budgets Executing the strategy and measuring results, providing the board with monthly progress and goal reports Directing the sales team of consumer sales and ensuring they have the tools to achieve assigned targets Managing the sales team to follow a consistent sales process that reflects a high level of service. Working with the marketing team to continue growth and ease of use of lead generating software Identifying opportunities for increased performance and quality Developing the continued growth of the sales team by exceeding set goals Sales Director Experience and Skills Required: Senior management experience in driving and managing teams to meet and exceed sales targets within the luxury travel or hospitality industry Experience working with business to consumer sales channels Proven ability to achieve sales goals Working knowledge of CRM systems Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills. A positive, team-player attitude.
