This is great for anyone who has excellent communication skills, good at problem solving and attention to detail. Client: Our client is a global manufacturer of products which are recognisable through TV, radio and advertising. As a company they turn over £50 billion, employ over 20,000 people and who own a number of iconic brands. This is a role working with one of the largest and most recognisable brands in the company. Role: You will be responsible for – • Transition support to salesforce in onboarding and training E-shop and E-com • Manage systems to ensure the e-shop is current with full information and content • Use Ticketing tools or communication platforms (e.g. Jira, Confluence) to communicate and manage systems with central project teams • Oversee back-end functions within the E-shop around customer data and access to the system • Arrange sessions and appointments proactively to onboard customers to digital ecosystem • Process orders of selected customer groups to ensure the customers experience with order entry is facilitated. • Support change of customers from ordering via head office (calls, emails, instant messenges) to the automated e-shop system Candidate: The ideal candidate will – • A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills • Previous experience within a customer service or data administration/management • Excellent problem solving and good influencing skills • High level of organisation and time management skills • Attention to detail • SAP knowledge would be a desirable skill Training: A full and comprehensive training scheme has been put in place to ensure you are comfortable with the product range.
