Sales Coordinator – Export Coordinator – Fluent German required

REED are exclusively supporting a fantastic company in King's Lynn, recruiting for the position of Export Sales Coordinator. Permanent, full time, working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch (some flexibility may be provided) Job Purpose: To support and assist customers, dealers, consultants and sales managers in the export markets. Focus of this role is to ensure that all the necessary office-based administration and support is provided for the Germany & Export business and to work with colleagues to ensure a satisfactory level of customer service is provided to all German and Export customers. Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and dealers. Process all call/email related documentation and general office administration. Prepare both equipment and spare parts quotations. Handle all enquiries, liaising with all areas of the business and third-party suppliers. Receive, process and ship both equipment and spares orders in a timely and efficient manner. Co-ordinate Germany warranty & service calls through existing service partner network. Duties and Responsibilities – To process all equipment and spare parts orders. Liaise with production teams and spare warehouse teams in order to obtain order completion/shipping dates.- Assist with German stock replenishment and general stock level management.- Daily update of Order & Invoicing Tracking reports. Updating customer details in Navision & CRM.- Coordinate equipment service & warranty calls. Mainly relating to Germany.- Prepare quotations and ensure the customer receives all the commercial and technical information required.- Dealing with all telephone and email enquiries (stock availability, checking orders, technical and spare part enquiries)- Monitoring shipments and collections to ensure monthly objectives are met- Liaising with Credit Control to manage customer accounts and minimise overdue receivables- A thorough understanding of export shipping procedures and documentation and provide assistance for the following: – Local deliveries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland – using forwarders’ portals – Weekly trailers to Germany Skills & Qualifications – Existing experience within Sales Administration (and Export ideally)- Thorough with excellent attention to detail- Able to work both in a team and independently in a diverse office environment- Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant- Organised & self-motivated- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word Essential Knowledge Experience & Abilities:- German language written and verbal skills are essential- Experience into a business to business environment- Commercial and organisational awareness- Internationally orientated and interested in different cultures Desirable:- Microsoft Navision Dynamics/AS400 experience is preferred- Export shipping processes What's in it for me?
