These new sales consultant roles will be recruited under Newsquest’s LOCALiQ brand which specialises in helping SMEs grow their digital presence and business. This assists Sales Consultants with extensive and ongoing training and support, enabling them to build their digital skills and fast track their career development in digital marketing. The Role: As Sales Conusltant, you will be tasked with Business to Business (B2B) sales via telephone and video conferencing, to prospective clients to showcase our multimedia led solutions best suited to the customer’s needs, established by effective questioning and information gathering with the client, alongside efficient research into the customers’ business or vertical. About you: You will be able to demonstrate the attributes of a highly effective salesperson or be able to display transferrable skills gained from industries, such as sales, customer services or selling within the retail or hospitality sectors. You should be resilient, goal-orientated, and comfortable working to sales targets and KPI’s. You will need to be customer-focused and an ambassador to the LOCALiQ brand. We will give you all the training and ongoing development through our industry-leading Sales Academy as you become an expert on our portfolio of services. Clients are at the heart of everything we do, your role will be to secure new business as well as developing active customers About the Job: As a Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with selling and maximising marketing spend from a given category and/or territory by continuous sourcing of new/lapsed business. You will establish and maintain a high standard of client relations and service while developing multimedia led revenues through self-generated calls utilising lapsed customer reports, case studies, and new business lead lists. You will identify and qualify prospective Digital Marketing opportunities and work closely with a Digital Marketing Consultant to secure conversation and retention of the client business. You will achieve set KPI’s based on the level of calls, conversations and conversions as agreed with your manager.
