About the Role: Due to continued growth and greater demand for delivery capability they are expanding their team and looking to recruit Consultants to join their EMEA team.
The opportunity is for an energetic, ambitious self-starter with experience in management consulting, internal strategy, strategic marketing or distribution support and is looking to take the next step in a more innovative, collaborative and supportive environment.
About the person: The ideal candidate will have experience in, or an affinity for Sales, Marketing and Service transformation.
Most important for success in this role is someone with a flexible, creative and can-do approach to work and who can work effectively in a small team environment and manage multiple projects at the one time.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead work-streams on client facing projects Apply structured thinking to solve ambiguous business problems with limited information Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on all aspects of sales and marketing transformation Develop client-ready business documents Assist with the development of intellectual property Liaise with clients to plan and manage projects Contribute to firm building initiatives to create a best in class consulting practice Deliver and facilitate client workshops and project meetings Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships Skills and Experience: Management consultancy experience including: Design and delivery of projects in one or more of these areas: Strategy Development, Sales Operating Models, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Experience Transformation, Channel and Profitability Optimisation, Customer Segmentation, Marketing Transformation and/or Service Management Optimisation Pharma / Lifesciences sector experience useful Business and commercial acumen Structured thinking processes, advanced analytical / problem solving and research skills Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Project Management and Planning Advanced written and communication skills Facilitation and presentation skills Why this consultancy is interesting: Dynamic high-performance workplace and culture Collaborative, entrepreneurial and team focused environment Industry-leading culture of individual development & success recognition (incl.
