Based in Ealing – need to live in an easy commute

Hybrid working after 4 months (3 days in office, 2 days working from home)

A great opportunity has arisen for a high-performing, multi skilled Sales Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a top manufacturer and distributor of tools and accessories within the building industry, based in Ealing. Looking for bilingual order processors who can speak Polish or other European languages which include Spanish, Italian, German and have a good command of English.

The roles require excellent attention to detail and a good level of Excel, able to work to deadlines, proactive and positive with a can-do attitude


Taking orders mainly by email
Liaising with Sales to ensure accuracy of orders
Transmitting goods to warehouse
Issuing invoices
Liaising with warehouse regarding orders
Using Excel on a regular basis for quotations, product information, potential clients etc.
Producing reports on orders and revenue
Attending trade shows occasional in the UK and Europe
Taking calls from customers and providing quotes were necessary
Sending quotations and samples Experience & Skills Required:

Excellent PC Skills (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel- Must be able to use Pivot tables and V look ups)
Multilingual in Polish or other languages desirable
Experience of working within a distribution environment
Hands on character to assist in all office and growth support
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy
Flexibility and willing to take on all tasks, big or small
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A professional, proactive and positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
Ability to work on your own initiative
