Being responsible for running the flagship store in Headingley, your duties as the Retail Store Manager will include: • Being responsible for the opening, closing and running of the Store • Increasing sales and efficiency • Providing customers with great levels of service, providing advice where necessary • Monitoring stock levels and making key decisions on stock control • Ensuring the store layout is always presentable • Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning • Coordinate staff rotas including the employment of part-time staff where necessary • Providing training and development of staff • Overseeing the store to increase sales and ensure efficiency • Market / promote the store to local clubs and sports teams and initiate change within the store to improve the business You will have previous retail and stock control management experience, together with outstanding customer service skills. In addition, you will be a friendly, engaging, passionate, reliable and responsible team player, able to work alone and as part of a team.
