I am excited to be recruiting a Retail Commercial Business Manager for a luxury, worldwide skincare brand.

My client is looking for a bright, motivated and energetic commercial business manager with a minimum of four years’ experience with retail and online sales in the luxury sector. As a Retail Commercial Business Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the UK & Ireland retail and online division of the brand, covering business strategy, sales, marketing, staff and P&L in order to achieve the growth objectives of the Business.

You will be responsible for opening new retail and online accounts as well as for developing and maintaining relationships with key retail and online customers and their departmental teams at each store location.

You will have a proven track record in winning new business, have a strong customer focus and ability to educate and teach, with a strong sales focus.
