Resourcing Coordinator The resourcing team are looking for an experienced recruitment administrator/coordinator with previous HR/recruitment experience.

Previous experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders is essential as the role requires speaking to both hiring managers and candidates frequently.
The individual must have experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
The role will provide key administration support to our Resourcing team particularly focused on Contact Centre recruitment.
The role involves end to end resourcing administration support including CV sifting, telephone interviews, offer paperwork and candidate communications via email and phone/video.
Ensuring recruitment objectives are met, identify and hire quality candidates as well as ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
The individual will report on a day to day basis to the resourcing partner.
The role can be based at any of our UK office’s combined with home working.
Due to the current Pandemic this will initially be a home-based role.
What will you be doing? Assisting in the coordination of the recruitment process/administration with Hiring Complete on a daily basis recruitment administration duties Liaising with both hiring managers and candidates to book interviews with all associated administration Manage email box and candidate communications Maintain all candidate files and ensure all documents are maintained and retained according to GDPR.
Completing regular MI within timescales and data generation and daily maintenance of trackers Building a robust relationship with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their individual recruitment needs are being met within timescales Support shortlisting, interviewing and assessments, plus offer process Working within the Recruitment Team to successfully recruit Operational and Specialist roles Preparing and placing adverts and role profiles for both internal and external vacancies CV mining/ CV Sifting Conduct telephone screens for Contact Centre vacancies Right to work checks and support the commencement of pre employment screening checks Drafting Offer letter / contract generation Ensuring all SLA’s are met Is this you? Proven track record in recruitment administration ideally within volume hiring Experience of supporting administration activities across a variety of roles within a Contact Centre environment including support functions with end to end recruitment activities such as CV sifting, telephone interviews, interviews, booking assessments, offer paperwork and onboarding and candidate communication Proven track record of candidate engagement/management Ability to take ownership of recruitment administration activities Able to post adverts across a variety of channels, LinkedIn, indeed etc and have used an ATS system competently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills Why Arrow Global?
