This role requires an Administration Assistant with knowledge of Residential Conveyancing. The role is ongoing with an immediate start available. Client Details The client is an established Legal Firm. Description The key duties include tasks such as: • Liaising with third party contacts via telephone and e-mails • Supporting the office with all Administration duties • Offering client care • Post-Completion administration tasks • Answering incoming calls • Answering incoming e-mails • General administrative duties such as fax, filing and updating records Profile The successful candidate will have knowledge of Residential Conveyancing, in particular elements such as Post-Completion and Client Care. They will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to manage their own workload on a daily basis. Job Offer This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their career within Residential Conveyancing. There is a permanent opportunity available for the right candidate with a salary between £17,000 – £20,000. This is an office based role, there is free car-parking on site.
