Striving for client retention to ensure portfolio success Fostering key stakeholder relationships at every level of our business, you will champion key programmes that are designed to achieve exceptional client retention. Proactively running and building important portfolios, you’re essential to all onboarding and on-going service delivery – maintaining lifelong relationships that deliver successful working partnerships. What you’ll be doing • Managing the RFP process and the onboarding of all new contracts • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationship through regular, structured contact including face to face meetings (using Teams etc) and telephone/email communications • Acting as the key point of contact for the client training team and senior stakeholders • Liaise closely with Relationship Lead/Business Development Manager, Programme Heads/Support Managers, On-line and Operations Teams and Notes Team to ensure all programmes run smoothly • Chairing client meetings and organising relevant events • Preparing and conducting regular programme reviews and feedback, then discussing any associated actions with the relevant parties • Guaranteeing clear communication to programme students, apprentices and clients • Leading programme-related student contact – kick-off/re-sit/deferral calls and evaluations • Discussing, confirming and sharing any changes to the educational programme • Working with faculty and subject-matter experts to ensure alignment of Achievement Ladder • Ensuring all programme scheduling and operational tasks meet approved deadlines • Operating within data protection guidelines and ensure customer confidentiality is maintained at all times Join the BPP Family The world is changing. What we’re looking for • Track record of building and managing successful client and business relationships • Proven project management skills • Industry knowledge/understanding/experience • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written • Strong planning skills and high attention to detail – with examples of detailed planning processes • Exceptional negotiating skills – ability to influence outside of line management structure • Digitally literate with good IT skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Passionate about excellent client service with proactive, customer-centric attitude • Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritise tasks to meet strict KPIs • Management/supervisory experience ideal • Knowledge of BPP products, processes, and experience in the education sector preferred The successful candidate will be required to undergo a credit check and a basic DBS check.
