Role: Registered Manager Salary: up to £26,343 Location: Bidfor-upon-Avon Our client is looking for a Registered Manager to develop and coordinate a high quality service for adults with learning disabilities in Bidford upon Avon. Your main roles in staff management will be to supervise and manage your team, providing support and engage positivity to service users and employee's and ensure that all staff receive personal support. Focus on staff training and development needs are met. Understand the Service needs are met and CQC regulations are followed. When supporting service users, your duties will include maintaining relationships with service users and boosting self esteem to become as independent as possible. Observe & monitor service users well being and report any incidences as soon as possible following procedures. You will also be required to provide verbal and written reports to your line manager, discuss training needs and training events and courses and observe policies and procedures. This is a permanent post working 37.5 hours per week.Driving licence required for this role. Salary will be between: £24,096.00 – £26,343.00 DOE.
