Regional Sales Manager | South America and Spain | Fresh Produce

About our Client –
We are working with a very progressive business who have spent the last 35 years building their fresh produce business to be an internationally recognised and important supplier. The growth has come from a distinct approach, ensuring they put people and planet at the heart of their decision making process. Thanks to growth, they are now looking for an established sales manager who can look after their business in South America, Spain and Portugal.
About the Role:-
You will be reporting directly into the MD and will be working within a specialised team. You will be working directly with growers across South America, Spain and Portugal to drive their growth in these areas. They have a superior product and an outstanding reputation, which they want to push further across the region. They have someone on the ground in the region and you will be manage this person along with one other. The role will be based in Herefordshire, but will require extensive travel throughout the year.
The Ideal Candidate:-
Firstly, you will need to be fluent in Spanish. If you aren't, then there is no point in applying. Good understanding of Fresh Produce and Growers is important as you will be dealing with them regularly and need to understand their needs. Good time management is vital as you will be overseeing a significant area and will need to prioritise your activities effectively.
