More About You You probably already are working as a Store Manager or Retail Branch Manager and used to working in a fast-paced environment. Your role as a Regional Manager is to help grow the company become even more successful. Regional Manager Duties • Organisational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations strategies, consistently across all branches. • Know and manage the business by effectively using reports, assessing Regional results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across all branches. • Lead and direct the development of regional goals and action plans for branch colleagues directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution. • Know our customer by interacting with the customer on branch visits and observing behaviours and customer experience. • Responsible to ensure that all colleagues are current and up to date with knowledge and process through a commitment to formalised training and development within prescribed time lines and standards. • Ensure that all branch colleagues greet, engage, inspire, and manage the customer flow towards an outstanding customer experience. • Set high expectations for excellent customer service and hold branch teams accountable to the measurable results associated. • Ensure all colleagues are well presented, wearing full, clean uniform and personal hygiene is of a high standard • Ensure that all colleagues are provided with adequate training and support to equip them to carry out their role to the best of their ability • Lead your teams to success through setting high expectations and standards • Responsible to consistently and effectively communicate the company objectives to all branch teams through organised and scheduled conference calls, email communication and branch Visits. • Establish a process to ensure that branches have accountability to expectations on a consistent and timely basis.
