Role – Recruitment Consultant Location – Wallingford, Oxfordshire Salary – £20,000 – £35,000 p.a. (depending on experience) Generous commission structure, private medical cover (after probation period) Job Type – Permanent Status – Full Time Due to natural expansion, we are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and creative Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market, using professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates. We are looking for an individual who is proactive in their approach to work. You will have an abundance of ideas and the drive and ambition to develop the division and support the growth of the company. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary depending on your skills as well as an attractive commission structure where the sky is the limit and you will also be included in our generous incentive scheme. You will have the opportunity to develop your own business plan and will have on-going appraisals and training. You will be required to make regular outbound calls to existing and new clients. Interview a wide range of candidates and directly market them to your clients. Attend face to face and Teams / Zoom meetings with clients and provide a professional and high-quality recruitment service.
