Work with a fast growing London based specialised recruitment firm assisting in the vital growth of their London office. The consultant will literally be at the heart of business development, making their desk their own business. The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner. Responsibilities • Actively source and qualify candidates • Manage the client's needs and expectations • Maintaining strong relationships in the market • Working to improve recruitment efficiency • Implement successful recruiting and business development strategy • Handle all head-hunting activities including candidates and clients via cold calling, referrals, marketing/branding, selection, assessment, offer and continuous CRM • Prepare and post openings to appropriate job boards • Strong communication skills, professionalism and business acumen with the ability to develop and nurture strong partnerships • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships • Conduct extensive competitor research/mapping market • Strong marketing/branding commercial awareness and understanding of the contingent recruitment business model • Strong work ethic with entrepreneurial mindset Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Quota or goal oriented • Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated • Team player If you’re ready to unleash your inner entrepreneur and selling capability, then apply now!
