Company Description Culina Group a well established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent full time basis at our Market Drayton depot. As a Recruitment Administrator within the Culina Group, you will provide essential day to day support to the Central HR function based at our Head Office. Job Description The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following: • Be system expert of the Recruitment System • Review and improve Careers Website, improving candidate experience and streamlining processes • Own the OnBoarding Website, constantly reviewing and seeking improvements • Communicate and ensure compliance of all recruitment processes • Create and ensure timely communication of all recruitment data • Manage employee contracts for new Company entrants • Manage employee change of terms and conditions for all employees • Undertake other projects as identified in the course of your work • Represent the Company & values of the business, portraying a professional and business like image • Managing the companies referral scheme • Liaising with candidates via email and telephone Qualifications Competence Requirements: • Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment • Have a dynamic, can do attitude and the ability to bring solutions and contribute ideas • Assertive approach with high level communication, attention to detail and accuracy • Planning and organising skills, with the ability to work under pressure • Ability to work without direct supervision, prioritising work and meeting deadlines • Adaptable and methodical approach to work and training. Conscientious and reliable • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
