Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.The team manage a variety of real estate matters such as estate regeneration and JV projects, local authority and registered provider housing developments, disposal asset management work, and private residential and commercial development.

The role will involve negotiating deeds of grant of rights, easements and wayleaves, substation leases and transfers, dealing with adoption agreements and assisting with completions.

We are looking for candidates with solid experience gained within a real estate department.
