The Role- Quantity Surveyor They are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team, this can be a mixture of on site (London) and office based (Hertfordshire) You will be responsible for: • Preparing valuations for interim application for payment including variations. • Preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts. • Preparing sub-contract enquiries and order documentatio Candidates must be client-focused and quality driven, with previous experience in Facade/Cladding systems and you will be working on residential and commercial projects.
