Reed Accountancy are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger for our client based in Dartford. The successful Purchase Ledger will have experience of working within an accounts department in a similar role, strong communication and organisational skills and great attention to detail. Key responsibilities: • Checking purchase invoices against a purchase order • Posting and allocating cash to the ledger • Allocating invoices on the system • Updating the purchase ledger by allocating direct debits correctly • Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made. • Prepare payment runs. • Deal with any payment or invoice queries If you are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar Purchase Ledger Clerk role, please apply with an up to date CV.
