Are you a psychology student or graduate living in the RCT area? Have you ever considered working in schools as a Teaching assistant? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Psychology graduates and students, to work as learning support assistants in our schools in the RCT area for September 2021. The roles will be both part and full-time on a supply basis in schools and will be to work with children and young adults with additional learning needs.Tradewind are working with SEN/Primary and Secondary schools who cater for pupils with ALN. Our schools require temporary staff with a Psychology background to work as Learning support assistants. Your role as a TA will be to enable their learning in and outside the classroom. To be considered for these temporary roles the ability to engage and build rapport using Psychology knowledge and academic background is essential.
