LAW Absolute is working with a local authority based in North London who are seeking a Property and Planning Paralegal for an initial period of three months.

The successful Paralegal will need to have previous experience working for either a Commercial Property or Planning & Highways Department. You will be required to work across both the Property and Planning teams where you will be responsible for carrying a caseload, drafting documents, liaising with clients, and conducting administrative tasks. You will also be required to attend the office 1 or 2 days per week.

Experience in one of the areas mentioned is essential. Training will be offered within the area of law the individual does not possess experience. Our client needs someone with a can- do attitude, an openness to support Lawyers across two departments and previous experience. Candidates from both the public and private sector are encouraged to apply.
