Requirements:• Good level of experience• Able to work in a Family Business environment• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.• 10+ years’ experience in maintenance management role• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Responsibilities:• Ensure all properties are maintained and kept in a high state of repair.• Develop, plan, and manage property and facilities maintenance plans and schedules, plan and prepare budgets for maintenance and capital development works, and complete work in a timely manner to minimise any inconvenience to the business.• Manage and liaise with internal teams and external contractors ensuring compliance of Health and Safety Procedures.• Undertake accident/incident investigations when they arise and ensure the appropriate action is taken to address issues and minimise future risks.• Manage all the paperwork related to condition, maintenance and statutory compliance.• Enable the professional execution of allocated tasks and ensure the timely availability of materials and personnel.• Work in collaboration with Area Managers sharing good practice and supporting during times of planned and unplanned absence and/or heavy workload• Manage the Maintenance team.
