PROPERTY MANAGER £35k PER ANNUM- Based in SW18 A great opportunity to work for an independent market leading property management and lettings agency based in South West London. The team is looking for an ambitious full time employee, who wants to take their career to the next level and develop a wealth of business skills along the way. Looking for a full time senior property manager, they are an ambitious and dynamic lettings agency in London who have seen huge amounts of growth over the past 10 years. They do not consider themselves to be a normal estate agency – they are lettings specialists. You will work in a role where no two days are the same – it is guaranteed that you will not see the monotony of so many early career jobs here! Instead, you will develop a range of highly sought business and property focused skills within our London lettings agency. Highlights: • Small but highly motivated and ambitious team of industry experts • A growing team that has managed to completely keep its culture and family feel – we have an office dog! • A dynamic environment where no two days are the same and where you will learn on a continuous basis • Monday – Friday role with a 9am-5pm working day You will be fully trained within a range of areas and will primarily oversee the property maintenance and compliance arm of our lettings business as a senior member of our team. You may also be responsible for progression of new tenancies and applications as well as overseeing and addressing maintenance issues. You will be expected to maintain relationships with landlord, contractors and tenants. The role will include meeting clients in the office as well as looking after email and phone correspondence within the business and occasionally participating in site visits. Skills required: The ideal candidate will preferably have at least three years experience as a property or tenancy manager and will be looking to step up to a role with more responsibility or would have been a senior property manager in their previous role. Ideally, they would hold managerial skills and have experience of direct reporting or management of a small team. An ARLA qualification would be beneficial but is not required. We must stress that this experience is not essential, you may still be right for the role if you hold at least three years experience within the lettings or estate agency industry. Most importantly a candidate will need to have the following skills: • Be able to apply initiative and common sense in prioritising a busy workload • Can easily create new relationships and have excellent interpersonal skills • Have impeccable attention to detail • Hold excellent organisational and problem solving skills • Conscientious and reliable The role is for a full time position.
