Job Purpose To take on, manage and see to a successful end ‘projects’ which can consist of; Internal developments and projects and change management Clients – manage and put in place the resource to get this work to a successful conclusion Manage On-Boarding process of clients and maintain and develop a successful, effective and efficient process Main Duties Projects To agreed on internal developments and projects, build a plan and implement a plan Manage the project, share responsibilities and train others in the team to help the project achieve a conclusion Understand the key stages of the project the outcome that you want and see it through to a successful end Communicate with the team what you are doing and roll out training for any new projects that are in place Onboarding of new clients – (managing) Taking on the client at the point they are signed and Ensuring that they are fully set on internal systems (full training given) Ensuring they are set up with HMRC taxes and Companies House Ensuring that the client is properly set up with accounting software and training when needed is set up or underway Managing the process of the above by getting team members or a team member to support you in the above Staying close to the client for the first 3 months to make sure they are in good order, understand what the process is with us and to develop good client relationship and strong bond Other and General Managing CRM System Training others in Accounting software Streamline bookkeeping processes for clients Skills and attributes Strong on process and systems – setting up and implementing Very strong on systems and processes and building them Project management Understand client needs Strong communicator and listener Flexible approach to work Personal Development To keep up to date with changes and developments in software, IT and technology.
