A critical component of the iSmash growth strategy centres on developing our channel partnerships. These include relationships with insurance administrators and MNOs to provide out-of-warranty repair services and OEMs (device manufacturers) to provide both in and out-of-warranty repair services. Each partnership typically requires iSmash to provide elements of customisation for service offerings, customer experience and/or operational processes. The Project Manager (Strategic Partners) role is responsible for planning and overseeing the development of these service customisations, on time and within budget, to ensure that iSmash is able to meet its contractual obligations and maximise the commercial benefits that can be derived from these partnerships. The role reports to the COO and will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the activities of both internal and external project members to ensure successful delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities • Defining project scope and objectives • Planning and scheduling project timelines • Leading the implementation of the project • Coordinating project members • Resource planning and allocation – within budget • Project administration, including documentation • Project reporting/tracking/updates • RAID logs • Contingency planning/risk assessments • Client engagement • Project evaluations and results tracking What type of experience might you have? (These are things we’ll look for in the recruitment process) • Analysis – to rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets. • Written and verbal communication – to communicate across business lines and report on findings and processes to executives and employees. • Problem-solving – to find solutions to an organization’s data management and reporting problems and to be able to adapt and modify solutions based on changing requirements • Working collaboratively with both external and internal teams. • Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skill. • Very advanced excel knowledge including abilities to perform pivot tables and v lookups as a minimum requirement. • Strong attention to detail. • At least 3 years' experience in project management and implementation.
