Our REED Education FE branch are currently working with a great college on an exciting new role in the Buckinghamshire area. Starting ASAP, the college are looking for two Performance Coaches to join them on an ongoing temporary basis to support students in developing their growth mindset, resilience and ability to make successful transitions to the next stage of their career journey.Role: Performance Coach (2 positions)Location: BuckinghamshireHours: 11.25 p/w or 18hrs p/w Hourly rate: TBC (Expected between £13-£17 p/h) Working alongside tutors, and the highly experienced Student Services department, Performance Coaches are key to supporting our students to become : • Resilient and reliable • Adaptable and able to problem solve • Creative and innovative • Motivated, independent learners • Collaborative team players • Excellent communicators • Digitally literate, with work-ready • English and maths The Performance Coach will:Deliver high quality CCP sessions to students aged 16 19 years old.Support students to achieve individual targets during sessionsSupport students in their personal development, achievement and progression to Further & Higher Education, apprenticeshipsWork alongside and support Curriculum Managers and Course Leaders.Be able to deliver focused group and 1 : 1 sessions Reed Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.
