Production Administrator

Job Summary
We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Production Administrator to join our team at Florette in Lichfield. A key operational role, you will provide support to the Manufacturing and Area Managers, providing them with key information to drive decision making within the business. You’ll also provide a link to our finance team, assisting and supporting them understand labour cost drivers.
You’ll produce data analysis and insight into labour trends, and will review and control weekly labour processes, challenging any discrepancies. In addition, you will ensure PPE requirements are met daily and will maintain accurate stock levels by raising purchase orders to replenish.
Working hours: M-F, 37.5 hours, based Fradley Park, Lichfield.
Main Responsibilities
* Updating and supporting the team in the daily production hours and costings.
* Daily analysis of labour and agency figures to ensure labour efficiency.
* Replenish laundry shelves, Gloves and Maintenance overalls daily as required.
* Ensure time and attendance system kept updated and ready for 4 weekly payroll, clearing anomalies.
* Complete weekly stock check on PPE from stores, refill PPE room and raise purchase order for stock needs.
* Creation and control of agency costing spreadsheet, liaising with agencies and ensuring invoicing is correct. Challenging any discrepancies.
* Provide ad hoc data analysis of expenditure to help reduce costs.
* Help create key reports for operational leadership Team that can be used to drive budget and KPI delivery across ops functions.
* Update daily financial reports as required for the Site Financial Controller.
* Schedule Return to works, attendance reviews, OH reviews, physio appointments & training events.
* Monitor skills matrix requirements and training costs.
* Attend daily production meetings and raise/collect any relevant information.
* Ensure Laundry is stored correctly, and returns are ready for collection (MON/WED/FRI).
Skills and Experience Required
* Ability to analyse data and report findings
* Proficient in use of Microsoft office including word and excel
* To be well organised and have excellent time management skills
* To be able to work well in a changing environment
* To have excellent numerical and literacy skills
* Communication and good interpersonal skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
