Oversee and manager two specialist Centre's for Fertility treatment in East Sussex. Managing a small but effective clinical and non clinical team to ensure a seamless delivery of service. Client Details A highly successful Centre for specialist Fertility treatment is now expanding and opening two further Centre's in East Sussex. The Centre's pride themselves on using the latest scientific techniques and knowledge, providing consultant-led treatments, to design personalised fertility treatment plans that offer the best chance of success with an experienced and knowledgeable team. Description • Overall management of two private Fertility clinics based on the south coast • Coordination of the clinical staff to ensure they are effectively utilised and engaged in their activities • P&L management, taking every opportunity to minimise costs and maximise revenue for the centre's • Ensure that appropriate cover is available for all absences such as annual leave, sickness, or meetings for all staff • Accountable for Centre bookings and for establishing practices which facilitate the effective booking of clinical appointments to maximise potential revenue • Undertake regular objective setting and performance review meetings with all staff, ensuring that their training needs are identified and addressed in a reasonable time frame and report these back to Head Office • Overseeing the clinical team and Consultants to ensure clinical equipment in all practice rooms are maintained • Working with the head office Sales & Marketing Manager to agree promotion of services or campaigns • As the Health & Safety officer, ensure that the Centre complies with all aspects of Health & Safety legislation by maintaining health and safety policies, undertaking risk assessments Profile • You must have previous experience as a Clinic Manager or Deputy within a private clinic / hospital • Excellent people skills • Excels at dealing with patients • Experience of working within a target driven, fast paced and ever changing environment • Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs • A positive 'can do' attitude. • A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety • Genuine passion for the area of Fertility treatment Job Offer £30,000 to £35,000 + benefits
