Primary Teaching Assistant – Primary TA | Job Description • Vibrant, busy and forward-thinking Primary School in Mitcham. • Primary Teaching Assistant for Key Stage 2. • Supporting the Class Teacher with whole class learning to ensure all pupils are engaged and understand the learning objectives. • Delivering learning content to pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. • Adjusting activities according to pupil responses/needs. • Encouraging pupils to interact and work co-operatively with others and engage all pupils in activities. • £60-£70 per day | £300-£350 per week | Paid weekly – PAYE. • One Year Placement (September to July) • Interviews available ASAP for September 2021 starts. Primary Teaching Assistant – Primary TA | Job Requirements • First-Class Honours degree ideally within an education-focused area (or a core curriculum subject) • Fantastic academic record at GCSE and A-Level. • Previous experience working alongside children or young adults. • A confident and positive personality to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
