Link: http://www.techaxisinc.com/ Responsibilites: As a Senior Resource Manager you will be responsible for team direction and leadership including position closures, strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the recruitment delivery strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected and as defined. This position will report to the COO. A typical day entails, but is not limited to, the following: Help in intelligent searches, sourcing, screening and follow up to closure for candidates for full time positions with our clients in Europe and APACProvide guidance to match candidate skills, availability, location, and salary to open job requisitions.Meet company hiring targetsSpeak to candidates at various stages of interview to ensure interest, availability and intention to join if offeredReview the job description that is provided by the clients and research the best target companies to start the searchReview the recruiters work, understand their plans for the day and guide them on a daily basisTrack calls, out reaches and quality on a daily basisTrack coverage of positions on a daily basisReview performance and recommend for further action, be it reward or training supportProvide support to the team for following up with the candidates to check their present status and availabilityAbility to work with an offshore team in India Desired Skills and Experience · Minimum 8-10 years experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, leading and directing a team. · Ability to work & thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.· Ability to handle & manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize & reprioritize.· Strong interpersonal & communication skills.· Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients & candidates.· Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan.· Dedication, and hard worker who has a passion for success.· Enthusiastic, Organized and Efficient worker.· We are looking for immediate joiners.· Willingness to work in European Shifts.
