We have a brand new opportunity for a PR & Brand Marketing Manager to join our talented Marketing team as we evolve and elevate our brand identity across the globe. The RoleReporting into the Senior Social Media and Marketing Lead this role is responsible for full delivery of 360 campaigns and press coverage of our brand. You’ll be an expert in brand marketing with strong experience in campaign execution, creative shoots, brand partnerships and PR activity. Key Responsibilities Manage PR agency to drive regular press and exposure of new products and collectionsTrack and report on success of PR campaigns against agreed KPIs, utilising performance insights to inform future campaignsWork with Senior Social Media and Marketing Lead and PR/Influencer Executive on the delivery of management of always-on influencer activity Responsible for managing and delivering brand, campaign and product images/ videosWork closely with the social team to create social first creative briefs oversee concepts from ideation to executionWork closely with the creative and brand content teams to deliver video first strategy to drive forward digital channelsLead on Women of Spirit campaign strategy. Work closely with talent and all in house teams to manage 360 executionOwn partnership collaborations (including charity partners) to expand reach and show brand valuesBe instrumental in the development of wholesale catalogues and maximise B2B supportWork closely with the retail and VM teams on in store events and marketing opportunities Who you are?You will have senior experience in managing the above responsibilities working for an in-house brand or agency and looking to support a growing global brand in the elevation and repositioning journey. As this is a new role to the business within a retail business experiencing international growth the role will match someone who can hit the ground running, is resilient in the face of changing market conditions and can lead in elevating our PR & Marketing objectives with confidence, conviction and passion. We are working towards a blended approach to working from home and collaborating in our new office in Piccadilly, London. As part of one of our creative teams you will need to be able to travel into our collaborative space when your role requires you to.
