Are you a PMO Analyst looking for your next position? How will you contribute? * Establish an integrated project, programme and portfolio lifecycle process with supporting set of standards, methods and tools. * Provide planning assistance to projects – templates, resources, planning workshops. Monitoring dependencies across the portfolio, programmes and projects. * Instigate and facilitate the demand governance framework, owning the overall process to monitor and track IT demand through the department, from initiation through delivery and into support. * Provide support and quality assurance for financial processes, e.g. purchase requisitions/orders, capex approvals. * Monitor and report on portfolio spend, calculating and analysing cost variance versus budget. * Support the resource manager and head of department in the planning and estimating of project schedules and resource requirements. * Design, collate, summarise and distribute standard and specific portfolio reports. Monitor and maintain data in business-wide and local systems, including Microsoft SharePoint & Teams, that support the management of the change portfolio. * Work with the change management PMO to ensure process compliance across IT. What will you bring? * Previous experience working in a mid/large corporate PMO function * Experience of management reporting including tracking of plans and benefits, risks and issue tracking, and financial accounting * MS Suite, including good MS Project and excellent MS Excel skills * Good communication and presentation skills * Good problem-solving skills * Excellent planning and organisation skills * Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to build relationships to collect data on time, chase outstanding actions and challenge back where necessary * Good analytical and numerical skills * Excellent written and spoken English * Proactive and able to work as part of a team and as an individual * Adaptable to working remotely or in the office as required * Knowledge of or access to PPM toolset(s) to help with the role is desirableWhat do we offer?
